Material enters the machine through air shut off gate on the vibrating screen.Uniform current of air is passed from below through the screen which fluidizes the bad of material, due to the terminal velocity the lighter particles suspend above the screen float down to the bottom of the deck due to gravity, denser particles sinks to the surface of the screen & is conveyed up to the top of the deck due to vibration.seperation of heavy&light particles takes place.
